1. SMS Program Description

BrokerEvolve LLC sends text messages only to individuals who have contacted us about our platform and opted in to SMS. Messages include responses to your inquiries, demo and appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and account or support notifications. We do not send unsolicited or mass marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

2. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BrokerEvolve at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START or contact us at Support@brokerevolve.com.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent to or received from BrokerEvolve. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your data plan. BrokerEvolve is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier related to SMS communications.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

BrokerEvolve and its mobile carrier partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carrier fees may apply for text messages sent and received.

6. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from BrokerEvolve. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

7. Privacy Policy
